We are looking for a personable and team-oriented Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team in Valencia, CA. If you are passionate about giving your patients the high-quality care they deserve and you meet the description below, we would love to meet you.

Our ideal candidate is:

  • Licensed as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) in the state of California
  • Experienced and displays strong in-depth knowledge of the profession and dental care

The responsibilities of this role include:

  • Conducting initial oral screenings and reviewing patients’ oral health history to customize care for their best treatment
  • Administering treatment by the scaling and polishing of the teeth and performing dental care services and procedures with excellence
  • Cleaning and protecting patients’ teeth with preventative care
  • Maintaining and sterilizing equipment
  • Identifying and documenting areas of existing restorations and areas of possible decay and disease
  • Administering X-rays to identify possible tooth decay or disease
  • Educating patients about oral health, proper teeth cleaning techniques and maintaining good dental hygiene

  • Overseeing patient appointment scheduling
  • Performing general administrative tasks like answering in-coming phone calls and emails
  • Organizing and maintaining the front desk and patient waiting room
  • Assisting patients with filling out intake and informational forms
  • Supporting in documentation and maintenance of patient dental records
  • Preparing and sending patient bills and collecting payments
  • Updating patient insurance information and communicating with medical insurance providers
